Why Piolo Pascual Said ‘I Wanted To Die’ On Shooting For Commercial?

Kapamilya actor Piolo Pascual revealed that he “wanted to die” on shooting for his recent TV commercial.

Aside from the fact that the hunk actor is one of the most sought-after leading men in ABS-CBN, he also has a bunch of endorsements.

Piolo has been in the entertainment industry for more than a decade now and his popularity has crossed age brackets.

He has this certain appeal for adult audiences but the millennials are also loving him.

Touching the emotions of viewers through his natural acting ability is no question. He can also serenade his fans with love songs.

On the other hand, there is one thing that is quite unusual for him to do – dance.

Piolo Pascual revealed that he wanted to die when he shot a recent commercial with a popular doughnut company.

“When they made me dance, when I did the coffee commercial (laughs). First frame pa lang pinapasayaw na ako. I wanted to die with the way I was dancing. It was well worth the experience. It was really fun. Not a lot of people know, but it happened while I was still doing commercials when I was a teenager. One of my very first commercials was Dunkin Donuts. I actually did two. So it was like coming full circle for me,” he shared as the big challenge he did.

However, he said he enjoyed shooting the commercial with co-stars Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes and hunk actor Derek Ramsay.

“It was so much fun, hindi kami natatapos sa kuwentuhan eh. Kaya on and off camera we were just making kuwento the whole day,” the Kapamilya actor said, based on PUSH’s report.
