The late US President George H.W Bush sponsored a young Pinoy kid in secret for 10 years long using a certain pseudonym.

A nonprofit organization revealed that the late President Bush secretly sponsored 7-year-old Filipino boy for 10 years.

The organization revealed that the former US leader sends financial assistance to fund the education, meal, and extracurricular activities of the Filipino kid named “Timothy”.

Wess Stafford, the former president of Compassion International revealed that Bush got the idea of sponsoring a child after attending a Christmas concert at Washington in 2001.
