From Manila City to Cebu City
If you are from Manila City, you can reach Cebu City via plane ride. Just book a flight that is directly bound for Cebu.
From Bacolod City to Cebu City
If your are from Bacolod City, you can either book a flight bound for Cebu or take bus and roro travel.
If you are into bus and roro travel, board a bus bound for San Carlos City at Ceres Bus North Terminal. Ask the driver to drop you off at the SC port wherein you are ought to purchase a ticket and ride a roro bound for Toledo Port in Cebu.
