The Commission on Election (COMELEC) had already completed the electronic raffle to identify the order of party-list groups in the ballot for 2019 elections.
Comelec shows that the Bayan Muna party-list got the top spot on the ballot for May 13, 2019, National and Local Elections (NLE).
Meanwhile, Mocha Uson’s party-list Kasosyo Producer-Consumer Exchange Association, Inc got the bottom spot.
COMELEC Commissioners Rowena Guanzon, Al Parreno, Antonio Kho, and Luis Guia led the electronic raffle at Intramuros.
However, the commission’s spokesperson James Jimenez that the results are still “raw result” and not yet final assignments.
“Just to clarify, these were the raw results of the raffle. Some PL (party-list) groups failed to attend, so this apparent order on the ballot is not yet final,” Jimenez said.
“These images show the raw results of the raffle. They are not the final assignments of the order of appearance on the ballot,” the Comelec commissioner added.
