Sharon Cuneta gave Regine Velasquez an expensive ring with this price tag
The ring that Sharon Cuneta gave to Regine Velasquez during the latter’s recent concert has a jaw-dropping price.
During the Regine At the Movies concert, the Megastar was one of the guests.
Together, the two Kapamilya singers sang the classic song Bituing Walang Ningning.
While they were on stage, Sharon gave a pricey gift to Regine. It was a flower-shaped diamond-studded two-finger ring from Jul B. Dizon jewelry by Candy Dizon.
The Songbird was indeed surprised. Mega said that it was the most expensive gift she ever gave to anyone.
ABS-CBN head writer Darla Sauler shared a photo on Instagram in which Regine was showcasing the expensive ring.

The Inspiration
According to Candy Dizon, the ring was inspired by the movie Sex and the City. Canadian actress Kim Cattrall, who played Samantha Jones was the one who wore the same flower ring.
After the Megastar has seen the movie, she came to Candy and asked her to make the same jewelry.
“It’s a huge flower ring that is worn on two fingers instead of the regular one. I said that I would have to make slight changes on the design so that there’s still a sense of uniqueness to it,” the jeweler said.
All About The Ring
Candy Dizon elaborated that the ring is “made up of more than 8 carats of very good quality diamonds and set in 18 karat white gold.”
She spent 30 days in creating that single piece of jewelry because she and Sharon made a few revisions along the way.
When asked about the price of the ring, Sharon Cuneta’s jeweler said that it is worth nearly a million pesos now, based on the article.
