Katarina Rodriguez and Angeline Flor Pua: 2 Pinays in Miss World 2018
Katarina Rodriguez met her fellow Pinay Angeline Pua who is also competing for Miss World 2018 crown.
Angeline is the representative of Belgium to the international pageant. In her introductory video for Miss World, she said that she was born and raised in Belgium by her loving and hardworking Filipino parents.
She is a pilot by profession and Angeline shared that she exerted a lot of hardworking to be one.
The Filipino-Belgian beauty queen said that she had to do several jobs in order to support her education. That is why she chose education as her beauty with a purpose advocacy.
Katarina Rodriguez, on the other hand, was born and raised in Davao, as what she shared in her introductory video.
She grew up with her paternal grandparents who taught her a lot of things in life. The beauty queen from Davao is an advocate of peace.
Together, these two lovely ladies are set to showcase their beauty, wit and their heart to the world.
But before the night of the competition arrives, they had the chance to meet each other.
Katarina Rodriguez is happy to share one frame with her fellow Pinay in the Miss World 2018 pageant.
“The first night I met Miss Belgium @angelineflorpua who is also very much Pinay! Sobrang saya ko na may kasama akong pwedeng mag-tagalog,” she wrote on her Instagram post.
