Real Identity of Road Rage Suspect Using Special “8” Plate Exposed
The real identity of the road rage suspect using special “8” license plate attacked and harassed a motorist has been finally exposed online.
Earlier, the authorities reported that the suspect in a road rage incident using a special “8” license plate reserved for congressman has been arrested.
The suspect who is working as entertainer got arrested during his gig in Tarlac City on Tuesday evening (November 12).
The surveillance footage shows how the culprit attacked and harassed a certain motorist along McArthur Highway in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Recently, the Facebook page “Philippines CCV & DASH CAM Spotted” released the latest updates regarding the suspect.

The road rage suspect has been identified as Jojo Valerio y Serafico who was driving a Toyota FJ Cruiser with a plate no. “8”.
Serafico is now under the custody of Angeles City Police Station 4 and facing numerous charges due to the incident.
