The state weather bureau PAGASA released the newest and the latest weather updates in the country for today.

On Monday (November 5, 2015), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released the latest news about the possible weather condition.

PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) would affect the weather condition in some parts of the country.

The ITCZ would bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Bicol, Central and Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, and Zamboanga Peninsula Regions.

The weather agency also said that cloudy to cloudy weather conditions with isolated rainshowers over the rest of the country.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the northern Luzon would be moderate to occasionally rough.
