Philippine bet Eva Patalinjug might have failed to bring home the crown and the title but it is still a pride for the country when Xian Lim hosted the prestigious beauty pageant again for this year.

The contest was held last October 25 at The One Entertainment in Myanmar. Patalinjug was not also able to make it to the Top 20. First Runner-Up is Miss India Meenakshi Chaudhary, Second Runner-Up is Miss Indonesia Nadia Purwoko, Third Runner-Up is Miss Puerto Rico Nicole Colon, and Fourth Runner-Up is Miss Japan Haruka Oda.
And the crowned Miss Grand International 2018 is Miss Paraguay Clara Sosa who shocked everyone when she fainted and collapsed on stage after some seconds she was announced as the winner of the pageant.

Xian Lim and other staff immediately went to her and checked her for her sudden collapse. A number of people ran up the stage to her aid.
