Mariah Carey Arrives For A Special One-Night Concert In Manila
MARIAH CAREY – The Global superstar, Mariah Carey, arrived in Manila for her special one-night concert on October 26.
The multiple Grammy award-winning, multiplatinum, Mariah Carey, was known for her songs titled Always Be My Baby, We Belong Together, and Hero among others.
Based on a report from Philstar, the singer recently landed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on a private plane from China at 3 am.
Mariah will be having a concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, known as the Big Dome in Quezon City, Philippines.
The International Pop Diva, Mariah Carey, was recently honored with an award by the Sony Music Asia Pacific in Macao.
She announced before coming to the Philippines that she will be joining the American reality singing competition The Voice as an adviser during the knockout round.
The singer will be mentoring alongside with the celebrity coaches Adam Levine, Blake, Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, and Jennifer Hudson.
Maria Carey was once a judge of The Voice’s rival show, American Idol, alongside Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban for the season 12 competition.
Upon her arrival at the airport, the vicinity was immediately swarmed by reporters to throw some questions for the superstar.
According to the report, Carey went to the Philippines together with her 7-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan and her supportive boyfriend Bryan Tanaka.
The singer expressed that she was excited to see and perform in front of her Filipino fans.
“I can’t wait to see the fans, the Filipino fans, I’m so excited,” Mariah told reporters.
Based on the report, Mariah Carey’s last visit to the Philippines was for her “The Elusive Chanteuse Show” tour way back in 2014.
