Former Sen. Bong Revilla’s Filing of Candidacy for Senator Sparks Reaction from Ethel Booba
ETHEL BOOBA – Comedienne Ethel Booba reacted to the filing of candidacy for senator of former Sen. Bong Revilla in the 2019 mid-term elections.
Recently, several politicians have filed their candidacy for the upcoming 2019 mid-term elections. One of them is former Sen. Bong Revilla Jr. who is still detained in Camp Crame.
Because of the case against him with regards to the Pork Barrel Scam, the former Senator is currently in the Custodial Center of the Philippine National Police. His wife, Bacoor Mayor Lani Mercado, is the one who filed his candidacy.
It could be seen in the video report posted on the Twitter account of CNN that the wife of the former Senator was accompanied by their son, actor-politician Jolo Revilla, at the Commission on Election (COMELEC).
