Angelika Dela Cruz is an actress and singer. She is married to Orion Casareo as they have tied the knot last August 2008.

She is known for her villainous roles and has already appeared in lots of shows and programs such as Ika-6 na Utos, Second Chances, LaLola, Bituing Walang Ningning, Ikaw Ang Lahat Sa Akin, Click, Pintados, Mara Clara, Esperanza, and among others.
She is currently the Chairwoman of Barangay Longos in Malabon.
And just recently, the actress has admitted that she had received death threats and she is accordingly facing numerous cases thrown at her.

This is her 2nd term already but on her 1st term, she experienced the same incident facing numerous charges.
Based on a report from Abante, she said “Akala kasi nila porke’t artista ko, ginagamit ko ‘tong pagtakbo ng pagiging Kapitan para tumakbo sa higher position. Eh, hindi naman talaga. Hindi ako power hungry, ‘no!”
She explained that if she is hungry for power, she would have run for a higher position.

It was actually just accidental for her to enter the politics as she had just continued the legacy of her late brother Edward.
She did well as Chairwoman of Longos. The place is complete with facilities and amenities such as health center, day care center, covered basketball court, function hall, and a 4-story disaster building is still being built based on the report.
The actress made a move for the development of her baranggay as soon as she got elected.
Moreover, she is currently a part of the sitcom “Daddy’s Gurl” along with Vic Sotto and Maine Mendoza.
