Pinay Singer Mistakenly Sings National Anthem’s Lyrics During Filipino Heritage Night Goes Viral
A Pinay singer who mistakenly sings the lyrics of Philippine National Anthem during the Filipino Heritage Night at San Francisco, US.
Philippine National Anthem has been one of the most controversial and discussed topics last week after Senate President Vicente Sotto III proposed the revision of the “Lupang Hinirang”.
The Filipino people and popular public figures have expressed their opposition on changing the lyrics of the national anthem urging Sotto to focus on more serious problems in the country.
Recently, a Facebook user named Roxanne Husain has uploaded the video footage of a Pinay singer who mistakenly sings the lyrics of the national anthem.
In the video, it can be seen that the singer was having a hard time in singing the lyrics of “Lupang Hinirang” on the Filipino Heritage night during the San Diego Padres vs San Francis Giants at AT&T Stadium in San Francisco, California, United States.
Most of the Filipino listeners have noticed the singer’s wrong lyrics in singing the Philippine national anthem, which drew flak from the online community.
