Several Filipino celebrities have expressed their reactions to Senate President Vicente Sotto III proposed revision of the Philippine National Anthem.
Earlier this week, Senate President Vicente Sotto III has been the headlines of several local news outlets and social media pages over the proposal of revising “Lupang Hinirang”.
Tito Sotto suggested of changing the last line of the Philippine National Anthem after describing it as “Defeatist”.
The Palace also finds the proposal of Sotto as unnecessary and there are more serious problems that need an immediate solution.
Sotto received massive criticisms after making the proposal of changing the last line of the country’s national anthem.
Recently, some Filipino celebrities have expressed their reactions regarding the suggestion of the 70-year-old politician.
The Pinoy celebrities lambasted and questioned the proposal of Tito Sotto about the revision of “Lupang Hinirang” and explained that the government should pay attention to the inflation.
