The said video can be found on the Facebook page of Balitang Pinas. In the caption, the girls are warned to be careful. It is also stated that the man was not able to resist.
It could be seen in the video that a woman is wearing a dress. The professional-looking man was wearing a long-sleeve with the sleeves of his top being folded back making it the so-called “three fourth”.
The professional-looking man unexpectedly peeped behind the legs of the woman in a dress. In the video, it is visible that he did it not only once but twice and the woman was innocent about the rude act of the man.
The man just went away like nothing happened – the woman was left unaware of his act.
