Why did Angelica Panganiban not accept the role offer for Asintado?
ANGELICA PANGANIBAN – Actress Angelica Panganiban revealed the reason why she did not accept to do a role for Asintado.
Among the celebrities who have already done lots of projects is actress Angelica Panganiban. One of her recent projects is the movie Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes which she top-billed with Judy Ann Santos.
Angelica was also offered to do a role for Victims of Love. Later on, the project was renamed to Asintado and it is top-billed by Julia Montes, Shaina Magdayao, Paulo Avelino, and Aljur Abrenica.
Based on a recent report on Pep, Angelica Panganiban was replaced by Shaina Magdayao in Asintado. The former is currently part of the new Kapamilya television series Playhouse.

At the press conference for Playhouse, Angelica Panganiban revealed the reason why she did not accept the role offer for Asintado.
According to the Kapamilya actress, in Pangako Sa ‘Yo, all that her character did was to get angry at Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo‘s characters. Her role is also mad at the character of Jodi Sta. Maria.
“Parang siyempre, gusto kong project na susunod, e, ilihis naman natin ng konti. Mas magaan sana, siyempre,” she said.

Based on the report, Angelica Panganiban also admitted that she does not want a warehouse as a location for the ending of a project. She expressed that when Playhouse was pitched to her, they came to a common ground.
“Parang wala namang talagang warehouse sa ending so tinanggap ko agad,” she said.
Angelica is top-billing Playhouse with Zanjoe Marudo. They are playing the characters of Patty and Marlon, a married couple who is about to separate legally but the death of their friends hindered it. It is set to air on TV on September 17.
