City Hall Employee Kicks Woman Who Registers At Comelec
A city hall employee from Victorias City, Negros Occidental kicked a woman who registered at Comelec during an exchange of heated argument.
Government employees are hired to serve the public according to the fields of their specialty in order to improve the country’s economy.
Public servants should be also polite and respectful during transactions with the people since they were tasked to serve the public.
Recently, a Facebook user named Erica Villa was calling the attention of Raffy Tulfo regarding the video footage of an employee of Victorias City Hall in Negros Occidental who kicked a woman during her registration at Comelec.
In the video, it can be seen that the City Hall employee and the woman were having an exchange of heated arguments for an unknown reason.
After a few moments, the brave lady touched the public employee although the civil servant said not to touch her.

The government employee kicked the woman after she kept on touching her.
Villa revealed that the lady employee has been identified as Lara Ann Acuña Garcia who is working as the head General Service Office in Victorias City.
