UP Announces Extension on Deadline of UPCAT Application Filing for Metro Manila Public Schools
UPCAT – The University of the Philippines’ Office of Admissions extended the deadline of the filing of applications for the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT) for the Metro Manila Public Schools.
Lots of students wanted to take their tertiary education at the University of the Philippines. That is why annually, there are thousands of takers of UPCAT – the entrance exam administered by the institution to those who desire to enroll in any UP campus.
Based on a report, around ten thousand students and parents gathered in the UP-Diliman in Quezon City on the last day of the filing of applications for private school students in the National Capital Region.
Recently, through its social media account, the UP Office of Admissions announced the extension of the deadline for filing of UPCAT applications for the Metro Manila Public Schools due to the suspension of cl(–foul word(s) removed–) today, August 3.
The university has extended the filing of application until Monday, August 6. Meanwhile, based on the post, the Office is still open for the processing of applications today.
