ELDERLY OFW – An elderly overseas Filipino worker (OFW) continues to work at a fast-food chain in Hong Kong. Netizens are in awe of her diligence and hard work.
It is a must that we show respect to the elderly as they show wisdom and experience. They have gone through things that we are about to face. They are still and will always be valuable to us until now.
There are elders that continue to work for various reasons despite the fact that they can retire. For example, there is this old woman who continues to sell goods on the streets.
Netizen ‘Cassey Angela Guilermo-garganta Idica-marcelino’ posted a photo showing an elderly woman who is working at Jollibee. According to her, what matters in Hong Kong is how diligent and devoted you are.
“Ganito sa HONGKONG hangat kaya mo ng magtrabaho puede ka pa,” she stated
Furthermore, the netizen added that the Philippines’ system when it comes to jobs is not like the system in Hong Kong.
“6-months p lng endo ka na. Makakapasok k lng sa mga company depende pa sa educational background mo,” she wrote in her post.
