PNP Finds Vehicle Alleged Used In By Suspects In Case of Vice Mayor Alex Lubigan

ALEX LUBIGAN – The Philippine National Police (PNP) found the car allegedly used by the suspects during the incident that took the life of Trece Martires, Cavite Vice Mayor Alex Lubigan.

Recently, several politicians lost their lives over unfortunate incidents that left their family and friends crying for justice. Based on a report, among those politicians is the late Tanauan City, Batangas Mayor Antonio Halili.

Mayor Halili was shot by an unidentified person during the flag-raising ceremony in front of the city hall. He was with other government officials and the city hall employees when the unexpected incident happened. He was brought to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

As per another report, another politician who also recently died is Trece Martires, Cavite Vice Mayor Alex Lubigan. He and his driver were reportedly shot in an ambush just outside the Korean-Philippines hospital in Trece Martires on July 7. The politician reportedly died on the spot.

Cavite provincial Director Senior Supt. William Segun previously expressed that the suspect in the case of Vice Mayor Alex Lubigan was riding in an SUV which hit the car of the politician along the Trece Martires-Indang road.

Based on a social media post on the Twitter account of ABS-CBN News, the Philippine National Police (PNP) has recently recovered the car allegedly used by the suspects during the incident that led to the death of Vice Mayor Lubigan.

According to the post, the abandoned vehicle was found in Mabacao-Pantihan bridge in Maragondon, Cavite.
