Recently, the Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban has posted something cryptic about freedom on her Instagram post on Independence Day, June 12.

According to a previous article, the post has gathered various reactions and interpretations. The caption of the post read, “Huling araw ng kalayaan para sakin. Sakto sa araw ng kalayaan. Dahil dyan, itaas ang kamay! Surrender mo lang hija!”

Some netizens thought that it has something to do with her past break up which is with the actor John Lloyd Cruz. However, others have objected that the issue of her split with the actor has long been done.

But in a report from the Philippine Entertainment Portal, a certain comment from a netizen has triggered the actress as the context of a certain netizen’s comment has a malicious interpretation.

“@lianramos7 anong ginawa ko? Yung totoo? Please. Explain mo naman. Gusto kong malaman anong ginawa ko. Gusto kitang maintindihan eh,” Angelica has said.

“Magaling talaga kong artista. Yun alam ko yun. Yung posts ko, anong sinasabi mo? May alam ka? Kilala mo? Kailangan sure ka ha. Kasi pag mali ka, nakakahiya yun.”

Other supporters of the actress accordingly said that the netizen hit her for taking the side of a “starlet” which stars in an afternoon series.

It was also not clear why the fans were saying that there was a rivalry between the artist and Angelica.

Angelica has further stated as per report, “@lianramos7 ang boring ng reply. Walang challenge. O siya na! Ingat ka te! Pero nako ha… feeling ko kasi mamimiss niyo ko kapag nanahimik ako eh. Sure ka dyan ha? Sige. Nakakahiya pala asta ko. Sige, mag iisip din ako ng bagong hobby.”
