Donita Rose Speaks On Reconciliation with Eric Villarama
DONITA ROSE – Actress Donita Rose broke her silence on forgiving her ex-husband Eric Villarama.
It is no secret to the public that actress Donita Rose is separated from her husband Eric Villarama whom she married in 2003. They have a son named Joshua Paul or JP. Many were surprised when the actress confirmed that she and her husband are no longer together.
Based on a report, it was in July 2016 in GTWM podcast with Mo Twister when Donita confirmed her separation from her husband. According to the actress, seeing her ex-husband’s photo with another woman which he posted on social media made her realize that their marriage should end.
Meanwhile, Donita Rose affirmed that Eric Villarama apologized to her with regards to his photo with another woman. The actress stressed that she tried to make things work out with her then-husband.
Several years after their separation, ex-couple Donita Rose and Eric Villarama have finally reconciled and forgiven each other. Based on a recent report, in an interview with the source on Mother’s Day, the actress shared how she forgave her ex-husband.
According to Donita, their son JP had an assignment during the recent Valentine’s Day and she and her ex-husband talked about the project. Prior to it, she appeared as a guest on ABS-CBN morning program Magandang Buhay.
“Parang nag-usap kami [ni Eric] about this project. And then, biglang nagbago yung ugali niya. Parang he said, ‘Nag-guest ka ba sa TV today or something?’ Sabi ko, ‘Bakit?’ Sabi niya, ‘Kasi maraming gustong mag-follow sa akin sa social media,” she shared.
Based on the report, Donita Rose told her ex-husband that she guested on the Kapamilya show and she also revealed that Valentine’s was the topic during her guesting. Eric then apologized to her.
“Sabi pa niya, ‘You know, I wanna say sorry for everything that I’ve ever done to you.'” she said.
According to the actress, it was the first time that her ex-husband initiated it. He also apologized over their misunderstanding regarding the tuition of their son and the hurtful things that he has told her.
Donita Rose admitted that she cried when Eric Villarama recalled the hurtful things that he has done to her based on the report. She expressed that she’s in tears as he remembered it and he knew what he said.
The actress went on to say that her ex-husband told her the next day that he’s very happy after their conversation. The ex-couple are okay now and he also told her that he will send a full tuition for their son. Donita Rose expressed that they can now talk without holding negative feelings towards each other.
