Why did Sharon Cuneta and Sen. Kiko Pangilinan almost break up?
SHARON CUNETA – Megastar Sharon Cuneta broke her silence on the reason why she almost broke up with her politician husband Senator Francis ‘Kiko’ Pangilinan.
Actress-singer Sharon Cuneta is married to Sen. Kiko Pangilinan for more than two decades now. Based on a report, the celebrity couple has three children namely Frankie, Miel, and Miguel aside from KC Concepcion, the eldest of Sharon with Gabby Concepcion.
In 2017, Kiko and Sharon went through great challenges in their marriage and they admitted that they almost lost each other. There were speculations that it’s because of a third party on the side of the politician but no one was able to prove it.

Based on a recent report in Pep, during an exclusive interview with the source, Sharon Cuneta broke her silence on the reason why she and her husband Sen. Kiko Pangilinan almost broke up.
The Megastar set the record straight that she and her husband never fought over a third party. She stressed that almost-separation is inevitable in the lives of married couples but you have to fight for what is really worth fighting for.
“Hindi naman nawawala ‘yan sa buhay mag-asawa. Pero tapos na yun… Dadating at dadating ka sa point na iyon, pero you always fight for what’s worth fighting for,” she said.
According to Sharon Cuneta, she and her husband are married for twenty-two years now and they were in a girlfriend-boyfriend relationship for two years so they are together for 24 years now.
Sharon is in the field of showbiz while Sen. Pangilinan is in politics. Aside from being a politician, based on a report, he is also a writer. He even recently released a book entitled Mga Kwento Mula sa Pagiging Magsasaka. According to the Megastar, all of them in the family actually write.
