Aga Muhlach’s Dad P(–foul word(s) removed–) Away
AGA MUHLACH – Actor Aga Muhlach’s father Alvaro ‘Cheng’ Muhlach passed away at the age of 71 years old today, May 12.
Actor Aga Muhlach and actress Arlene Muhlach are the children of the late Alvaro ‘Cheng’ Muhlach, the younger brother of actress Amalia Fuentes based on a recent report in Pep. Another child of Cheng who is also part of the showbiz industry now is AJ Muhlach.
According to the report, at the age of 71 years old, Cheng recently passed away. He was rushed at St. Luke’s Medical Center yesterday after suffering from cardiac arrest.
Aga’s father died in his sleep today and his family reportedly agreed to have his wake held at the Heritage Park in Taguig City.
Aside from Aga Muhlach, Arlene Muhlach, and AJ Muhlach, Cheng Muhlach also left behind his other children Albert, Aaron, Almira, and Andrew with his passing. Based on the report, he was also an actor of the 70’s and starred in the movie “Ang Heredera”.
Aga Muhlach has recently returned to the showbiz industry after a hiatus for several years. He is now married to beauty queen Charlene Gonzales-Muhlach and their twins, Atasha and Andres, are already a grown-up young lady and young man.
Aga’s comeback on the big screen was seen in the family comedy-drama movie Seven Sundays which he starred together with actors Ronaldo Valdez, Dingdong Dantes, and Enrique Gil and actress Christine Reyes.
After his starring on the Cathy Garcia Molina-directed film, the actor is currently doing a movie with Kapamilya actress Alice Dixson based on a report. It is a reunion movie for the two celebrities. Prior to the sad news about his father’s death, Aga and Alice had a taping at Nulk, Greenland.
