PH To Have Cloudy Weather Conditions, PAGASA Says
The state weather bureau PAGASA announced the latest weather condition that will affect the country’s weather system.
On Monday (April 23, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released the latest weather update in the country.
PAGASA announced that the country would have cloudy weather conditions accompanied with isolated rain showers.
The coastal water from the east to southeast over Northern Luzon would be moderate to rough due to the moderate to occasionally strong winds.
The weather agency said that the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon and the Visayas would have also the same coastal waters.
Meanwhile, Mindanao and the remaining parts of Luzon and Visayas would have light to moderate winds causing slight to moderate seas.
