Bianca Manalo, Boyfriend Mayor Jonathan Tan Thank Rescuers
BIANCA MANALO – FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano actress Bianca Manalo went back to Barangay Aras-Arasan in Sebaste together with her boyfriend Mayor Jonathan Tan.
One recent incident that sparked news reports is the boat capsizing accident in Antique. Among those who boarded the speedboat that capsized while on its way to an island in Culasi are actress-beauty queen Bianca Manalo and actress Ehra Madrigal.
Based on a report, the actresses were with Pandan, Antique Mayor Jonathan Tan, Manalo’s boyfriend, and Tom Yeung, Madrigal’s husband. The Pandan Mayor will supposedly tour the group to Mararison Island, one of the famous destinations in Antique.
However, according to Bianca Manalo’s boyfriend, around thirty minutes after they left for an island in Culasi, strong waves hit the speedboat and it capsized in just around 15 seconds.
Mayor Jonathan Tan and another boat passenger, Torrebeo Barrientos, had to swim to the shore to get some help. It took them more than two hours to get near the shore and be noticed by the fishermen.
The boyfriend of the actress-beauty queen admitted that he shed tears as they went back to the area where the other passengers were waiting for them. He feared if they were still there. Even Manalo thought that her boyfriend is already dead.
The boat capsizing incident left one member of the group, Bennie Dable, dead. He is the bodyguard of Mayor Tan and as well as the cousin of the politician.
Based on a recent report in ABS-CBN News, on Monday, Bianca Manalo and Mayor Jonathan Tan returned to Barangay Aras-Arasan where they were brought to safety after being rescued. The couple went back to the fishing village to personally thank the fishermen who rescued them.
Citing the clip sent by Jesus Dioso, the administration officer of Mayor Tan, to the source, the Panda Mayor and the actress-beauty queen who was emotional at that time posed for photos with the fishermen who helped bring them to safety.
Bianca Manalo’s boyfriend has previously expressed that they now consider it as their second life.
