Why is Katrina Halili not looking for a new partner in life?
KATRINA HALILI – Kapuso actress Katrina Halili revealed the reasons why she is not into really looking for a new partner.
Actress Katrina Halili shares a lovely daughter with Prince of R&B Kris Lawrence. Their only daughter was named Katrence. Despite that they are no longer together as a couple, the two celebrities remain responsible and loving parents to their daughter based on a report.
It has been four years since Katrina and Kris separated. The singer previously revealed that he and the mother of his daughter are on good terms. They even spent the previous holiday together alongside with the family of the actress.
Kris Lawrence previously had a relationship with a non-showbiz girl who was several years younger than the singer.
However, according to him, their relationship did not work out because of the age gap and his then-girlfriend does not fully understand his job being a celebrity. The sister of Kris Lawrence’s then-girlfriend refuted the claims of the singer.
On Valentine’s Day, Kris expressed that he is not seeing someone. He was then busy for his Valentines show together with other prominent singers.
On her part, Katrina Halili has remained single until now. She is now devoting her time to her daughter with Kris Lawrence and on her career. She is currently part of the Kapuso TV series The Stepdaughters.
Based on a recent report in Pep, in an interview with the source, the actress stressed that she is not really looking for a new partner.
“Sabi kasi nila, may narinig akong love story, hindi naman nila hinahanap, dumadating,” she said.
Katrina Halili also added that she prefers not to look and just wait when it will finally come. Based on the report, she expressed that she is enjoying her single life now wherein no one is meddling with her and shares with her time.
When asked if she has an idea about the new relationship of Kris Lawrence, the actress answered in the affirmative and expressed support to her then-boyfriend. According to her, it is fine with her.
“Past is past. Tapos na ‘yan, hindi na natin dapat balikan yung mga nakaraan,” she expressed.
