Politician Jed Patrick Mabilog is no longer the patriarch of Iloilo City.
ILOILO CITY – The politician Jed Patrick Mabilog has been dismissed by the Ombudsman from service as Mayor of the Iloilo City.
The Ombudsman has just released the dismissal order for the Iloilo City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog to be out of service after he was charged guilty over his “unlawful acquisition of wealth.”
It has been found out that the mayor is guilty of the charges filed against him.
He was indicted for dishonesty with regards to his “unlawful acquisition of wealth.”
The complaint was filed by Iloilo provincial administrator Manuel Mejorada.
According to a report posted on the Facebook page of PTV, he is also facing charges of plunder, dishonesty, grave misconduct, and among others.
