NBI Conducts Inspection At Iloilo City Mayor Mabilog’s House
The members of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) conducted an ocular inspection at the home of Iloilo City Mayor Jed Mabilog.
Earlier, Chief Inspector Jovie Espenido has arrived at Iloilo City after President Rodrigo Duterte assigned him to be the chief of police in the so-called “most shabulized” city in the Philippines and to keep an eye to Mabilog.
The Iloilo City Mayor has been tagged by President Duterte as one of the narco-politicians in the country and accused of being involved in the proliferation of illegal drugs and protector of the drug syndicate in the province.
However, Mayor Mabilog has denied all the accusations against him and expressed fear for the safety of his family, since Espenido arrived in the city. Espenido was the police officer leads the team who killed Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa, and Ozamiz City Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog.
The politician is also facing the accusation that his “White House” mansion next to the Iloilo River Bank was allegedly built from ill-gotten wealth, which he immediately denied.
Recently, the official Facebook page of “Rmn Iloilo” has uploaded the video of the officers from NBI and BIR who arrived at the home of Mabilog for an ocular inspection. The politician allowed the authorities together with some media reporters and journalists to take a look inside his home.

In the video, it can be seen that the authorities found nothing suspicious, but only common features of a certain household inside the home of Mayor Mabilog.
