Crying Woman Personally Assisted By SSS Manager After She Was Insulted By Another Employee
A kind SSS manager Elisa Llavan personally assisted a crying woman after she was insulted by a rude employee of the agency.
Nowadays, there are a lot of rude government employees not only in the Philippines but also in different countries worldwide. Sometimes they were shouting or even insulting their helpless clients who can’t defend themselves.
A lot of people were already complaining about the rude employees of the Social Security System (SSS) for being too cruel with their clients. Public servants must respectfully serve their clients whoever they are and no matter what happened.
A Facebook user named Archie Guray Hilario has shared a post containing a video and photos of a widow who was personally assisted by the branch manager of SSS Kalibo. The woman cries after she was insulted by another employee.
In the post, Hilario said that he went with the widow to SSS Kalibo and a certain Ma’am Love helped and assisted them. Suddenly, branch manager Elisa Llavan arrived and personally assisted and talked to the widow.
The widow started to become emotional and told Mam Llavan that the employee handling her concern told her that she will only receive a small amount, so it was only a waste of time for to process it.
The branch manager promised the crying woman that the rude employee will face corresponding sanctions and penalties for its disrespectful act. Mam Llavan also said that widow’s benefits were not actually small, which contradicts the claim of the rude employee.
Hilario was hoping that all employees of SSS would be helpful and compassionate like Mam Love and Mam Llavan.

“Sana ganito kabait ang lahat ng mga manager ng mga opisina ng Gobyerno. Serbisyong may malasakit.
Nagtungo sa aming himpilan ang nanay na ito para magsumbong about sa problema sa proseso sa pagclaim ng benipisyo sa SSS. Namatay kasi ang asawa niya. Pabalik balik na siya sa SSS KALIBO para magproseso , noong una nakita sa record na dalawa raw account ng asawa niya kaya ang proseso pinaclose daw yong isa . JANUARY bumalik siya para magfile na ng death claims tapos sinabihan raw siya ng isang empleyado na maliit lang ang makukuha niya bakit pa raw magclaim pa. Nahiya raw siya at di na bumalik doon.
Naisumbong niya ito sa isang kaibigan kaya nagmalasakit din ito kaya sinamahan sila sa Station. Tapos sinamahan ko sila sa opisina ng SSS para malaman kung bakit nagkaganon.
Si mam love ang una naming nakausap idinulog namin sa kanya ang problema ni nanay mabait at maasikaso na empleyado si mam love.
Habang kausap niya yong nanay eksakto namang napadaan yong manager ng SSS na si mam Elisa Llavan , umupo talaga siya sa tabi ng nanay at kinausap ito na parang kapamilya kaya umiyak na ito at nagsumbong ,” noon kasi mam nong bumalik ako dito sinabihan ako na bakit mag claim pa ako eh maliit lang daw ang benipisyo na makuha ko!” Pagkarinig ng manager ay agad ipinaturo kay nanay ang empleyado at itinuro naman agad niya ito. Kakausapin raw ito ng manager para maturuan ng tamang asal.
Sa pagcheck sa record ay may tatanggaping pensyon si nanay at ang isang anak taliwas sa sinabi ng unang empleyado na maliit lang . Pinuproseso na ito.
Umiyak ulit yong nanay paglabas namin sa opisina. SANA RAW KATULAD NI MAM LOVE AT MAM ELISA LLAVAN ANG LAHAT NG EMPLEYADO SA SSS.”
