Ericka Villongco Revealed The Reason Why He Breakup With James Reid
The truth behind the real reason behind the breakup of Filipino actor James Reid and Ericka Villongco have been revealed.
Robert James Reid, a Filipino-Australian singer, actor, dancer, and model has started acting professionally in 2010. He was named as the Big Winner of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash 2010 and started to earn his popularity.
Reid is the leading man and at the same time real life boyfriend of the popular Filipina actress Nadine Lustre. The James Reid and Nadine Lustre love team have been dubbed as “JaDine,” which became popular after the success of their films and TV shows.
Prior to Nadine Lustre, James had a long-term relationship with the singer/actress Ericka Villongco, which lasted for more than three years. Ericka admitted that I was a bad break up, but she refused to explain the reason.
Ericka was one of the acoustic duo Krissy and Ericka who popularized the pop ballad 12:51. She was also part of the film “Relaks, it’s Jut Pag-Ibig” starring by Iñigo Pascual and Sofia Andres.
Villongco revealed that she and James spent three years and a half before they broke up. She also said that people loved them being together, but everything came to an end.
The singer also hopes that she had the closure with James and hoping that they could talk, then tell her side of the story. She also said that it’s hard for her to move on because she can daily see the name of her ex-boyfriend in the social media.
”It’s been almost been five months, I can say I’m much happier now. The only regret is that I wish that we were able to end civilly or like friends. It’s hard, kasi every day in social media, I see his name all over, that’s what makes it hard,” said by Villongco quoted by TNP.
The young singer also revealed that she and James were ignoring each other although they have friends in common. She also said that James was her soul mate and she was still open if their romance could possibly be restored.
