John “Sweet” Lapus has striven so hard for many years and this townhouse is the reflection of his success being a famous comedian.

TOWNHOUSE – Take a look at the sleek yet modern three-storey townhouse of the comedian Sweet Lapus that he worked hard to get for many years.

The townhouse of the comedian was featured in Real Living and according to the article, it says that the townhouse is one of the five adjoining building and since it is situated in a very corner,  it seemingly looked like a separate house and appeared bigger among others.

The sleek and modern townhouse measures 140 in square meters and is in a half octagon shape.

Features of the home includes modern touches with black and white as the color motif and red that is rounding up the color scheme.

The house was actually purchased on 2010 and sweet had maximized every corner of the spacious place.

Even though the two areas share the same and big space, still it did not look like a cramped. Cooking area has a wide counter tops. While the six-seater dining table just perfectly fits in the middle of the space. The space was not narrowed nor broadened. It just simply fits.

Still in the combination of black, white and red, the whole room in total is very neat and the open window is perfect to make use of the natural light from the outside.

Just outside the master’s bedroom is the veranda. It looks so relaxing from its lounge chairs down inspired by the fishermen’s net to its polycotton. It is actually a gift from Kris Aquino.
