Antonette Delos Santos posted her friend’s reply about her question and it goes viral on the social media.
Antonette Delos Santos, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology at Philippine State College of Aeronautics, posted the reply of her friend as she asked on how to apply as a call center agent.
On a post on her Facebook account, she said that she was totally bewildered by the response of her friend. She stated there that it puzzles her how people could be so “judgmental and insensitive”, most especially that it came from a friend of her.
She just did not expect the respond of her friend belittling the people who work at call centers for her friend’s sister is also a call enter agent.
In Antonette’s Facebook status, her friend allegedly stated this statement on the reply, “Ok… im just asking though. Masama ba magtanong? totoo naman ahh. yung mga walang pangarap sa buhay callcenter ang bagsak.”
Antonette, on the other hand, seems got offended if we based upon her replies.
One of the comments said that there is nothing wrong in being a call center agent though really stressful. Another Facebook friend of her even said that being a call center agent is a decent job.
However, a comment from Van Sebastian Anot indicated that Antonette’s friend has good intentions by encouraging her to build a degree based on the degree she has graduated. The only mistake of her friend is discouraging her in taking the job she wants to take.
Moreover, Antonette posted on April 11 at 6:43 on her account regarding the identity of her friend. She chose not to reveal it because her friend’s sister is her friend and she got the permission to post the replies to serve it as a lesson.
And for Antonette, hiding the identity of her friend is her way of showing respect to her.
