Drug Lord In Western Visayas Allegedly Undergoes Surgery And Copied The Face Of Late Cuba Leader Fidel Castro
The no.1 drug lord in Western Visayan allegedly undergoes surgery and copied the face Fidel Castro to escape the authorities.
The authorities in the Western Visayas receives an information regarding the wanted and notorious drug lord named Richard Prevendido, who undergoes a facial surgery to escape the consequences of his law violation.
Previously, the local government officials have offered an amount of P1-million for anyone who can give further details and information, which will lead to arrest the suspected drug lord in Western Visayas.
Chief Supt. Jose Gentiles, chief of Police Regional Office in Region 6 (PRO-6) said that Prevendido copied the face of the late Cuba leader Fidel Castro via facial surgery. In resemblance to the revolutionary leader, the alleged Visayan drug lord is now beardy.
Gentiles believe that the drug lord was still in the region, but he admitted that they still have a legit and available information of where the suspect is hiding.
Prevendido abandoned his house in Mandurriao, Iloilo fearing for his life last year when President Rodrigo Duterte took his office last July 2016 and launch the anti-illegal drug campaign in the Philippines.
Some relatives and conspirators of the suspect have been already caught and facing charges of involvement in the illegal drug trade. Authorities also believe that Prevendido was controlling about half of the illegal drugs supplied in the region.
Prevendido was also tagged as the head of one of the 2 groups supplying illegal drugs in the Western Visayas, According to the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), while Odicta headed the other.
PRO-6 believes that the drug suspect will be arrested soon due to the P1 million reward that will be given to anyone who can exactly point the location of Prevendido.
