China, PH Business Agreement To Bring More Than 1-M Jobs In The Country
More than 1 million jobs are expected to be offer nationwide after the investment agreement between China and Philippines.
After the agreement between China and Philippines, over 1 million jobs for the Filipinos are expected in the country and most jobs will be brought to several provinces. These job opportunities will be opened when the $13.5 billion investment from the business agreement between the two countries.
Undersecretary Noel Puyat said that these newly created jobs will be mostly outside the Metro Manila area. According to China Investment Cooperation Fund, the jobs to be offer will be more on infrastructure and tourism as soon as possible.
Dr. Li Wen, CEO, China-ASEAN Invest Cooperation Fund said that they are looking forward to further investment opportunities and a further exciting economy grows in the near future. Filipinos will benefit from the arrival of numerous Chinese tourists, according to Jose ‘Chito’ Sta. Romano, incoming PHL Ambassador to China.
