Recently, Pres. Duterte had his official state visit to China wherein he brought home a lot of investment projects for the country based on a previous news report. Furthermore, his visit rekindled the relationship and soon led to the permission granted by China to Filipino fishermen to fish in the disputed Scarborough Shoal.
