Rachel Angeli Miranda a graduate of the University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law topped the Bar Examinations. Aside from Miranda, University of San Carlos (USC) graduate Athena Plaza placed second with a close 87.25-percent average.
On third spot was Jayson Aguilar also from UP with an 86.75 average.
