Presidential bet Mar Roxas and his Vice Presidential candidate Rep. Leni Robredo visits Davao Region on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 to attend several activities and as part of their provincial campaign sorties. Although the Liberal Party bets visits Davao Region but according to some reports, the Robredo-Roxas tandem will not campaign in Davao City.
Despite the fact that the Ro-Ro tandem will be landing at the Davao International Airport on Tuesday morning, the LP candidates flew immediately to Kapalong, Davao del Norte at around eight in the morning.
Based upon the itiniraries of the Roxas-Robredo tandem visits the AMSKARBEMCO, the biggest banana cooperative in Davao Del Norte. According to Mar Roxas’ media team around 600-700 members of the banana growers, Fresh Fruit Cooperative and AMS Kapalong Cooperative members will be consulted by Mar Roxas in Kapalong.
The Liberal Party standard-bearer proceeds to Tagum City for the Multi-Sectoral Consultation with local and barangay officials together with sectoral groups. Team Daang Matuwid joins the Founding Anniversary of Compostela Valley in the Provincial Capitol of Nabunturan.
A Multi-Sectoral Assembly will be done also in Mati City, Davao Oriental at around 3:30 PM. Right after the activities Mar Roxas will then fly back to Manila.
