One of the most brilliant lawmakers the senate ever produced, presidential candidate Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago released her newest pick-up lines during the nationwide campaign kick-off last Tuesday. Sen. Miriam Santiago is best known in social media for her numerous pick-up lines that are closely related to her work as a lawmaker.

The 70-year-old veteran lawmaker and public servant who is also known as “The Iron Lady of Asia,” announced her intention to run for the President of the Philippines in the upcoming national elections last October 2015.
The “Magsaysay Awardee” lawmaker announced later that Sen. Bongbong Marcos would serve as her running mate for Vice President.
Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago previously suffered from a Stage 4 cancer but miraculously recovered from the said illness and decided to run for President after she failed during the 1998 elections which was highly controversial and the results revealed that Gen. Fidel Ramos defeated Miriam Defensor-Santiago in the final tally.
