The first-ever grand champion of the country’s most popular dance competition for kids, “Dance Kids” declared its winner on Sunday night at Resorts World Manila. The Filipino-Canadian dance duo Lucky Aces, composed of Reyond “Lucky” Ancheta and Andree Camille “AC” Bonifacio, were named the first-ever grand champion of the reality competition.

According to the announcement of ABS-CBN during the show, the dance duo Lucky Aces received 42.69 percen of viewers’ votes, beating dubstep specialist Dhaoed 42.69 percent of viewers’ votes, beating dubstep specialist Dhao Mac Macasipot and dance sport duo Step Kids.
For their final performance, Lucky Duo performed with hip hop group A-Team.
“Astig, nandun na ‘yan sa inyo. Kasi gusto kong sabihin sa inyo, para kayong sundalo na handa sa lahat ng laban. Marami kayong baong bala para sa amin, at sa mga nanonood ngayon,” “It’s Showtime” host Vhong Navarro told the duo.
“Number two, kayo ang nagpauso rito ng mabibilis na sayaw at precision. Number three, kayo ang balikbayan na kitang kita namin ang dugong Pinoy at pusong Pinoy,” he added.
Bonifacio and Ancheta received P2 million, a house and lot, a trip with the family to Hong Kong Disneyland, a shopping spree worth P300,000, and a Star Magic contract.
Macasipot, who got 29.62 percent of votes, while Step Kids, who got 27.69 percent of votes. Both received P100,000 in cash.
