A latest video featuring an alleged motorist escaping policemen who apprehended him after hitting another vehicle in Taguig City is currently making rounds online and went viral on Facebook. The viral video was first posted by netizen Omet Ordnas on Monday.
The video showed a fair-skinned man onboard his black pick up speeding away from policemen in Barangay (village) Poblacion.
The post also noted that the man escaped from the authorities after his pick up hit a taxi at The Fort in Taguig City. One of the policeman asked the motorist to open the car door, but the man refused and told the cop: “Bangga lang ‘yun eh…. Isasarado ko bintana.”
The cop then said: “Sir, nakikiusap po kami.” But the motorist, apparently taunting the lawman, repeatedly blew the car’s horn and revved his engine while the policeman was speaking to him.
The police officers involved tried to force open the pick up truck but the alleged motorist sped away, dragging the cop for several meters.
