Jennifer Lawrence Tops Ranking of the Most Valuable Movie Stars (Top 10 Lists)

Hollywood superstar Jennifer Lawrence dominated the elite list of the Most Valuable Stars for 2015 according to a news report posted by Reuters and was compiled by Vulture. For the second successive year in the rankings, Jennifer Lawrence came out top of the list. Aside from Jennifer Lawrence, the big gainers in the list is no other than “Jurassic World,” star Chris Pratt.

Two of the most notable Hollywood stars, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt drop out of the Top 10 List of Most Valuable Movie Stars. The 25-year-old Jennifer Lawrence, an Oscar winner for “Silver Linings Playbook,” and the lead star of the “Hunger Game,” movie franchise, was deemed the “leading movie star of her generation” by editors at culture and entertainment website Vulture.com.

Jennifer Lawrence was also named previously by Forbes as the highest-paid actress for 2014 with an estimated $52 million in earnings.

According to the rankings of Vulture.com, they (–foul word(s) removed–)sed factors including likeability, Twitter mentions, critical respect and Oscar nominations.

Ranking second behind Jennifer Lawrence is “Iron Man” star Robert Downey Jr., followed by perennial favorite Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio, their rankings was unchanged compared to the previous rankings of the Most Valuable Stars.

Jurrasic World star Chriss Pratt, had a meteoric rise on this year’s list and made it to No. 11 from his previous rankings at 57 places and topped the “most likable” rankings.

Angelina Jolie slipped from 6th place in 2014 to 17th overall, but she came top of the “most discussed on social media” list while her husband Brad Pitt dropped from nine to 16 on the rankings.
