The country’s most popular singing competition on national TV, The Voice Kids Season 2, made a record-breaking finale in terms of national TV ratings as Kantar Media released their official tally.
According to Kantar Media, “The Voice Kids Season 2” two-part finale end on a high note in terms of TV ratings. Kantar Media noted that during the Saturday’s episode of the show, The Voice Kids got 38.8% and 43.4% during the Sunday’s episode of the show.
Although the August 30 ratings was really impressive for the top-rating show, the record-breaking ratings was not the highest received by The Voice Kids as it already received a staggering 46.3% ratings during the June 6 episode of the show.
The final episode of The Voice Kids Season 2 ends with a big bang as Nympha Elha, a banana cue vendor from Quezon City, won P1 million in cold cash, a recording contract with MCA Universal, a music instrument package, a shopping spree, a famly utility vehicle, a house and lot worth P2 million and P1 million trust fund.
Aside from Elha Nympha the other finalists of the country’s top-trending singing competition on national TV were Reynan Dal-Anay, Esang de Torres and Sassa Dagdag.
