The youngest coach of the country’s most popular singing competition, Sarah Geronimo chose Gian Ale to move on to the next round of the singing competition after the Battle Rounds of her team in which Gian Ale defeated Rock Opong and Krystle Campos. The trio performed the OPM classing song “Tuwing Umuulan at Kapiling Ka.”

Right after the performance of Team Sarah artists on Sunday night, coach Lea Salonga was amazed by the young artists’ voice as she was quoted as saying “Ang liit-liit niyong tao, parang may mga matandang nakatago diyan sa loob niyo. ‘Yung experience niyo parang napakalawak na,” she added, choosing Ale as the best performer.
Coach Bamboo Manalac of Kamp Kawayan opted for the young rock star, Rock Opong to move on to the next round but the final decision belongs to Coach Sarah Geronimo who opted for Gian Ale, who will moved on to the Sing-Off Rounds of The Voice Kids Season 2.
Team Sarah has now five members who will compete in the next round of the competition, the Sing-Offs featuring Gian Ale, Zephanie Dimaranan, Kristel Belo, Amira Medina and Francis Lim.
“FamiLEA” is moving on to the next round with Akisha Sianson, Esang de Torres, Jhyleanne Rington, Jonalyn Pepito and Luke Alford.
