Kim Henares, the head of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The message was originally posted by Facebook user Erwin Manalad who posted an open message to a Facebook Page, The truth about Philipppines.

The Facebook user asked the head of the BIR, the reasons why is it that the TIN ID issued to taxpayers are printed in papers despite the “huge” taxes paid by Filipino citizens.
Erwin Manalad also criticized and compared the TIN ID to SM advantage and even the school ID’s. As of posting time, the viral image went viral online garnering thousands of views and shares on Facebook.
In a follow-up, the Facebook user was surprised that his post went viral and noted that he already post it three times but only this time that the post went viral.
