The Professional Regulation Commission released the official results of the May 2015 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination, which was released on Frida, May 29, 2015. According to PRC’s announcement a total of 5,220 out of 10,370 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination.

The May 2015 Real Estate Brokers Board Examination was conducted by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tuguegarao this May 2015.
University of the Philippines-Visayas-Iloilo graduate Kenneth Gelonga Gersabalino topped the tist of passers with an average of 86.50% passing rate in the recently concluded licensure examination.
The Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination Results and list of passers were released in four (4) working days after the last day of examination.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members.
