Kapamilya actor Richard Yap will co-star with Judy Ann Santos for an upcoming soap opera which the actor stated that they will start taping by March. After the phenomenal success of Richard Yap alongside Jodi Sta. Maria in “Be Careful With My Heart,” the actor’s fans and followers are now excited with the recent announcement of his upcoming soap opera.
According to the 47-year-old Richard Yap, his latest soap opera will be very different form the other teleseryes we are watching right now. Someone have already talked to him about the plot of his upcoming series with the “Teleserye Queen,” Judy Ann Santos.
While Richard Yap’s co-star in the longest running daytime series “Be Careful,” Jodi Sta. Maria already bagged a role in the upcoming remake of “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” featuring Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo, the actor is also busy with his preparations for his series with Juday.
Richard Yap also noted that he felt honored to work with Judy Ann Santos the actress who is more popularly known as Juday in the Philippine TV and movie industry.
The actor was quoted as saying “I’m looking forward to working with Ms. Judy Ann. It’s such an honor and she’s the Teleserye Queen. So I hope to learn new things from her and I’m very excited to work on this project,” he said.
Richard Yap also stated that the story was really good, it has a little bit of everything, drama, comedy and action. In referring to his previous character “Sir Chief” with his character right now on the new series, he noted that there’s a bit of similarity but he can’t tell all the details.
