Mutya ng Pilipinas winner Glennifer Perido continued the string of victory for the Philippines as she was awarded with Miss Tourism Metropolitan award during the 2014-2015 edition of Miss Tourism International which was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last December 31, 2014.
Although Glennifer Perido did not won the title compared to her two predecessors, Angeli Dione Gomez who won the title during the 2013-2014 edition and Rizzini Alexis Gomez who won the title during the 2012-2013 edition of Miss Tourism International.
Glennifer Perido won the Miss Tourism Metropolitan which is equivalent to second runner-up and continued the winning streak of the Philippines in the Miss Tourism International beauty pageant.
Miss Venezuela’s Faddya Isabel Troisi won the Miss Tourism International title while Thailand’s representative brought home the first runner-up title and the rest of the Top 5 came from Netherlands and China.
The Mutya ng Pilipinas organizers in the country congratulated Miss Glennifer Perido for her achievement, the Facebook Page of the Mutya ng Pilipinas also posted a video showing the question and answer portion of Miss Tourism International.
