The kapamilya-turned-kapuso actor Martin del Rosario shrugged off the rumors about his true identity, saying that he just ignore it and the criticisms he received from the public.
In an exclusive interview with PEP, the former “Juan Dela Cruz” actor said that he already learned to ignore the rumors because what’s more important for him is on how he sees himself.
“Basta ako, mahalaga naman kung ano yung tingin ko sa sarili ko, e. Kung sa tingin nila… hinayaan ko na lang,” he said.
Few months ago, a sexy photo of him with the singer Marki Stroem for the news paper feature circulated online, which garnered a lot of criticisms. Many netizens questioned also his true identity.
When asked about his reaction, the 21-year-old actor said, “Hinayaan ko na lang. Hindi ko naman nababasa. Good vibes na lang dahil birthday ko naman. Huwag na tayong mag-isip ng problema.”
Martin del Rosario will be celebrating his birthday this coming November 25, 2014 and he wished to have more projects, be happy with his family and finish his school.
He plans to finish his broadcasting course in the University of The Philippines (UP) next years since he is currently on leave of absent.
Martin del Rosario, who was last seen in the GMA series “Rhodora X,” is currently spending time with his family while waiting for his upcoming projects to be finalized.
Martin del Rosario started his career as a Star Magic artist. He was notable for his work in the indie film “Dagim,” which earned him acting awards.
