The Civil Service Commission released the official Schedule or Room Assignment for the October 2014 Civil Service Examination to be conducted in Region III (Central Luzon) by the CSC. The Online Notice of School Assignment (ONSA) was released online by the Civil Service Commission on October 20, 2014.
According to the Civil Service Commission Regional Office in Region 3, in the city of San Fernando, Pampanga, all examinees can check their School and Room Assignment through the documents provided below.
The Career Service Examination, Paper-and-Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) will be conducted in Region III particularly in the City of San Fernando in Pampanga, this coming Sunday, October 26, 2014. The CSE-PPT in Region III will be conducted in various schools located within San Fernando City such as the Marcelo H. Del Pilar National High School, Olongapo City High School, Nueva Ecija High School, and Pampanga High School to name a few.
Based upon the Civil Service Commission the Online Notice of School Assignment through Examination Advisory No. 12, s. 2014, all examinees are required to follow their designated testing centers.
Here’s the Procedures for the Oct. 2014 CSE-PPT:
- Visit and have an ocular inspection of the school venue at least one day before the examination day to be familiar with the school location;
- Be at the school venue on or before 7:00 am on examination day;
- Bring the following items on examination day:
- Valid I.D. (preferably the I.D. card presented in the filing of application)
Note: “NO I.D., NO EXAM”
2. Blue or black ballpen/s
3. Lead pencil/s no. 1 or 2
4. Eraser/Sharpener
5. Clear bottled water, if any
